About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Analytics lead to join our Finance Digital
Transformation journey. In this role- you will be part of the S/4
Hana Central Finance implementation by providing Reporting and
Analytics expertise. You will lead the Finance team and the System
Integration partner- closely with senior stakeholders in business &
IT- into requirements gathering- solutioning and delivery of the
new platform. The lead provides input into project plan- status
reporting- management of project controls- ensure quality delivery
in their respective area. Engage with subject matter experts in the
business throughout the project to ensure solution will meet
business needs.
The reporting lead is responsible for gathering the business
requirements consequently creating a connection between Central
Finance and KHC current data lake (Snowflake/Azure) fulfilling the
business demand for management reports. During the project- this
role will lead the analytics agenda working closely with the IT
leads across the regions to make sure requirements and CFIN
reporting functionalities are being met. There is a need to take an
international approach but to tailor to local requirements where
needed.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
