HIRING IMMEDIATELY-CSR CALL CENTER POSITION-$12.26/HR-ROLLING MEADOWS, IL 60008

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Location: Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 (Public transport accessible. Right on the bus line.)

Pay: $12.26/HR

Shift: Call center is open 7 days a week from 6:45am to 9pm CST. Candidates must be flexible and open to every potential shift and day.

Position starts: 10/29/2014

Term: 3-4 Month contract with possibility of long term employment

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers in a call center environment who have general account inquiries, requests to negotiate terms, such as APR or credit limit, or close their account. Provide customer service and uses consultative sales techniques to retain customers. Use computer programs to view account specific information, and documents any changes to the customer's account.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to existing customers

- Attend team meetings - Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades.

- Update account information and complete accurate documentation

- Review documentation, ensuring loans meet policy guidelines, (giving customer and dealer approval to use loan)

- Effective time management

Qualifications:

- At least a High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification, or Military experience Preferred Qualifications:

- 2 years post-high school education or Associate Degree

- 1 year experience customer service in Financial Services or Banking

- Proficient MS Office

- 2 years? experience in heavy customer contact environment
