Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Snowflake and PySpark along with a strong background in Sales and Marketing domains. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving innovation within the team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake and PySpark.
• Oversee the development and deployment of scalable data pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across all projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in data processing and analytics.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions and processes.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data processing.
• Implement data security and privacy measures in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient data processing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of data initiatives. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in Snowflake and PySpark with hands-on experience.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $101,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
