Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tech Lead - Python/Django.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a senior engineering team while actively participating in
coding and product development
Build a SaaS platform to unify engineering metrics and enhance
product roadmap visibility
Contribute to product strategy and company direction beyond
execution
Required Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in
senior technical leadership
Strong background in cloud architecture and distributed systems
Experience in full-stack development and taking MVPs to early
production grade
Proficiency in Python and Django, with experience in dashboard
creation
Familiarity with data processing pipelines and modern development
practices
