  • Work with team members to understand the requirements. Ask questions and get clarity on the work.
  • Implement the work using C#, .NET and various database technologies like SQL Server, and IBM DB2.
  • Develop code according to our development standards including code coverage and security requirements.
  • Seek knowledge from our senior developers.
  • Gracefully take feedback from senior developers that will review your code prior to merging.
  • Support the applications by troubleshooting production issues that are brought to the team.

Market and organizational factors are also considered.
