We're dedicated to actively fostering a robust and positive work culture.We're seeking a passionate Clinical Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.Location: Clarity Clinic (Evanston): 501 Davis St, Evanston, IL 60201Shift schedule options:3 days per week 11am - 8pm + 2 days and 8am - 5pm OR11am - 8pm (Monday - Friday) ** with additional $5k PM shift incentive eligible for this shift selection.Compensation: Full Time (Salary): Base salary range $75,000-80,000 per year (salaried role). Plus, additional $5,000 shift incentive - paid bi-weekly, as an evening shift incentive. Total earning potential will be $80-85k, commensurate to years of experience and licensure and shift selection.In this role, you will:Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics.Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals.Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups.Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions.Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental vision, EAP services and more.401k match up to 4%.80 hours of PTO accrual (10 days) plus up to 5 sick/wellness accrued days off / 6 paid holidays.$100.00 Wellness Stipend$500.00 Professional Development Stipend and paid CE days.Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD.Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.We celebrate diversity when it comes to all backgrounds and identities, and we encourage applications from minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, candidates of all ages, and nontraditional backgrounds.
