Job Description:
Develop an Internal AI Platform for SPRiTE's GPT to enhance feedback and review processes. The platform will integrate with our HR system, enabling managers to summarize impact and feedback from existing data within Workday. It will also allow users to explore career frameworks through queries, saving time and improving the quality of performance reviews.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate on AI/ML development to create a user-facing enterprise product powered by LLM.
  
• Implement authentication with Workday connections.
  
• Create sandbox indices for user-specific data access.
  
• Enhance UI and UX.
  
• Recommend technology stack and integration approaches.
  
• Build and maintain front-end components using React/TypeScript, adhering to design and accessibility standards.
  
• Integrate front-end with APIs, including Workday APIs and internal services.
  
• Partner with backend engineers to visualize data and summaries, including LLM outputs and metadata.
  
• Contribute to design systems and UI libraries, focusing on responsiveness and accessibility.
  
• Manage bugs, enhancements, and feedback via tools like Asana or Jira within agile sprints.
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Back-end experience in Python and external APIs.
  
• Proficiency with Python/Postgres, FastAPI, OAuth, Workday API, OpenAI API, and Llama Index.
  
• Experience with AWS Elastic Beanstalk and RDS for PostgreSQL.
  
• Skills in React/TypeScript.
  
• Familiarity with Workday integrations or internal HR tech systems.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  
• Experience working in agile environments.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  
• Experience with ChatGPT API.
  
• Contributions to performance feedback, people enablement, or communication tooling.
  
• Exposure to Workday APIs, HRIS data models, or enterprise workflow tools like ServiceNow, Asana, Greenhouse.
