Job Description:

Midwest law firm seeks a highly-motivated, litigation attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience for its Chicago office. Candidate should have strong writing skills and a working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure. Any experience handling professional liability or employment cases is a plus, but not necessary.
KWM is committed to developing its young attorneys. KWM will provide an attorney with training that will hone the attorney's analytical skills, as well as develop an attorney's understanding of the business side of a law firm. By the time an associate is at the partnership level, that attorney should have the ability to fully service a client's litigation needs, as well as understand the business side of running a book of business.
