-Probate/Guardianship Attorney - Chicago, IL -The Probate Pro () is
a growing probate, guardianship, estate planning law firm with
offices in Illinois, Michigan, Florida, and Ohio. The Probate Pro
is seeking -a probate/guardianship attorney for its Chicago
-office. - -Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients Intake and
ConsultationsDrafting pleadings, answering discovery, taking and
defending depositions, handling contested and uncontested
mattersMeeting billable hour requirementManaging clients'
expectations and returning all calls within one (1) business
dayCourt appearances in the Chicago area and throughout Illinois,
via video conferencing or in-court.Managing a caseload from start
to finishRequirements:
Illinois bar licenseMinimum of 4+
years of probate experience, specifically in the areas of
guardianship and estate administrationLitigation experience and
preferably experience handling contested decedent's estates and
guardianship matters Strong attention to detail, organizational
skills, and ability to follow-throughExceptional communication
skillsAdapt well to change and maintain a positive attitude under
stressAbility to multitask and stay focused on the most important
and urgent issuesThrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to
