Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patent Attorney to manage and expand
its patent portfolio and protect innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to build a strong patent portfolio
aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with inventors to identify patentable inventions and
oversee the patent application process
Provide legal advice on patent-related litigation, licensing, and
conduct patentability analyses
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one
state bar
Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office (USPTO)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in patent law, particularly in the
technology sector
In-depth knowledge of patent prosecution and strategic portfolio
management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities effectively
