Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team, focusing on Plaintiff Wage & Hour Class Actions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in wage and hour disputes, ensuring their rights are protected and upheld in court. Key Responsibilities - Conduct legal research and analysis related to wage and hour class actions - Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs - Prepare for and participate in depositions and court hearings - Develop case strategies and represent clients in litigation proceedings - Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and strategies - Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process - Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends in wage and hour litigation - Assist in the discovery process and gather necessary evidence for cases Qualifications - Jurisdictional license to practice law and in good standing - Experience in civil litigation, specifically in wage and hour cases - Strong research and writing skills - Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in drafting legal documents and motions - Strong understanding of class action litigation processes - Experience in depositions and court appearances - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
