Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking a candidate with
extensive knowledge in Illinois Medicaid, for a AR/denials project
with our client in Chicago. This is a contract position with
potential for fulltime hire, based on performance. Job overview:
Job title: Medical Biller Location: Onsite in Chicago - South Loop
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM Hourly pay rate: $25/hour Contract
length: 4-6 months Responsibilities include: Handling insurance
denials and rejections, including secondary claims, specifically
for Illinois Medicaid Resolving issues related to coordination of
benefits Reviewing EOB and pulling data to bill primary or
secondary insurance Resubmitting correct claims in clearinghouse,
entering claims into HFS website Additional duties as required
during times of staff shortages Required qualifications include:
Strong knowledge and proven prior experience in Medical Billing/AR
for Illinois Medicaid Strong knowledge and proven prior experience
utilizing various workflows to successfully resolve Medicaid claims
Experience with MEDI website Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
