Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney
to join our growing practice. This is a full-time, in-office
position designed for an attorney who thrives in a client-facing
role and is eager to develop their skills across several dynamic
practice areas, including litigation, probate, estate planning, and
real estate law . Newly licensed attorneys welcome to apply.
Responsibilities: Represent clients in court and administrative
proceedings Draft and review legal documents including pleadings,
wills, trusts, and real estate contracts Conduct legal research and
case strategy development Communicate clearly and professionally
with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Manage a diverse
caseload with minimal supervision Qualifications: Juris Doctor
(J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice
law in Illinois 0–3 years of experience (Salary commensurate with
experience) Strong interest or experience in litigation, probate,
estate planning, or real estate law Excellent written and oral
communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail Comfortable meeting with clients and appearing in court
