SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an Associate with: 3 - 6 years of health law experience in transactional work, regulatory due diligence, and contracting. Successful candidates will have: knowledge of general federal and state health care regulatory schemes and experience with Illinois health law issues, including knowledge of the Stark law, the Anti-Kickback statute, HIPAA/HITECH Act, Medicare conditions of participation, licensing, and reimbursement.
