AHEAD. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees, directs and leads the
assigned warehouse staff to achieve departmental targets while
maintaining a safe and efficient operation and executing services
to meet AHEAD's quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities Lead a
team of warehouse associates, motivating them to achieve and
maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy. Help Manager
identify staffing needs and delegate tasks assigning labor as
receipt-stocking-pick work flow dictates. Help to oversee warehouse
receiving, material movement, and picking of warehouse purchase
orders and work orders by actively contributing to those tasks
while setting expectations and meeting KPI. Ensure adherence to
safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working
environment for all employees. Collaborate with other departments,
such as sales/account coordinators and production staff, to ensure
smooth operations. Maintain and manage accurate warehouse inventory
and receipt/picking records including cycle count initiatives and
complete stock inventory accuracy. Identify and implement process
improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Train new
warehouse associates and provide ongoing coaching and development
to the team. Address departmental inquiries or requests and resolve
any order fulfillment issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and
well-maintained warehouse environment. Assist with planning and
leading departmental and continuous improvement projects. Assist
with troubleshooting and root cause identification for receiving
and picking errors and corrective/preventative action initiatives.
Contributes to creating, improving, and training on SOPs and Dozuki
documentation. Leading and assisting in 5s implementation,
adherence, and audits. Duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Backup Warehouse Associate 1, 2, & 3 roles. Strong attention to
detail and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions. Ability
to adjust and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Contributes to the completing of projects on time, using project
management software to manage the projects. Education/Experience
High school diploma and 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse
shipping environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role
Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and
use simple math. Strong leadership skills with the ability to
motivate and develop a team. Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail. Proficiency in warehouse management principles
and best practices. Experience with warehouse management systems
(WMS) a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and
problem-solving skills – Microsoft Office Experience required, MS
TEAMS experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as
part of a team. Operate an electric pallet jack (required) and
Stand-Up Reach Truck (preferred). Physical Demands This job
operates in a professional warehouse and production environment.

hours a day This is a full-time position, and hours of work and
days are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm;
8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m; 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and
weekend work may be required as job duties demand. No travel is

compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target
Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and
any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based
on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and
geographic location.
