Shipping Clerk Duties: · Check in drivers for cargo recovery or
drop-off, record and update details in Google Sheets and X Control.
· Maintain accurate cargo information and file related paperwork as
required. · Monitor and respond to emails within 10 minutes; call
drivers or dispatch (Apex/Brokers) only when necessary. · Activate
GPS tracking for assigned trucks and ensure tracking accuracy. ·
Send a detailed daily turnover report at the end of each shift.
Schedule: Days off may vary (2 days off during the week) · 3rd
Shift (10pm-6:30 am) Pay: · $20/hr. Shipping Clerk Requirements: ·
TYPING WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE KEY BOARD · This Client who we are
