Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator in Waukesha, WI to join their dynamic team. As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the industrial operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operators Waukesha, WI Location: Waukesha, WI Pay Range: $17 Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm What's the Job? Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently during the first shift. Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products and equipment. Lift and handle bins weighing 5-8 pounds, and manage bags weighing at least 3 pounds throughout the shift. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and productivity. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to promote a secure workplace. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking throughout the shift. Willingness to adhere to safety standards and procedures. Reliable and punctual attendance.
