Job Description:
Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing organization, is
seeking a PCB Assembler to join their team. As a PCB Assembler, you
will be part of the production department supporting the assembly
and testing of printed circuit boards. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: PCB
Assembler Location: Elkhart, IN Pay Range: Shift: Monday –
Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM What's the
Job? Solder and assemble PCB components, including through-hole and
surface mount parts Inspect and test printed circuit boards for
defects and proper functionality Troubleshoot and repair faulty
boards to ensure quality standards Read and interpret PCB
schematics and assembly drawings accurately Maintain a clean and
organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency What's Needed?
Experience with PCB assembly or testing in a manufacturing
environment Knowledge of soldering techniques and tools Ability to
read PCB schematics and assembly drawings Strong attention to
detail and problem-solving skills Familiarity with quality control
procedures in electronics manufacturing (preferred) What's in it
