Duties: Core Responsibilities · Machine Setup & Configuration:
Installs and aligns specific die sets and applicators according to
work orders. This includes adjusting ram stroke heights, feed
rates, and pressure settings for various material types. ·
Calibration & Testing: Performs "first-piece" inspections by
running test crimps. They verify results against specifications
using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go
gauges. · Technical Troubleshooting: Identifies and resolves
mechanical malfunctions, such as material jams, misalignments, or
inconsistent crimp heights, using structured problem-solving. ·
Documentation & Quality Control: Maintains accurate production logs
and ensures all work complies with industry standards, such as ISO
9000 or IPC-620 workmanship requirements. Schedule: Monday-Friday,
6am-3:00pm Overtime Available on Saturday Pay: $17/hr. Quality
Control Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or
production environment preferred. Familiarity with cutting
machinery and tools. Strong attention to detail and quality
assurance skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
meet production deadlines. Good physical stamina and ability to
