Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Chemical
Blender / Batch Maker to support daily manufacturing, blending,
packaging, and warehouse operations within a growing production
facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on
work, can work safely in a fast-paced environment, and is
interested in learning additional warehouse and manufacturing
functions over time. Key Responsibilities - Blend chemicals and raw
materials according to established formulas, batch sheets, and
production procedures - Accurately weigh, measure, and mix
ingredients to ensure quality and consistency - Label, fill,
package, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment - Operate
sit-down forklift and other warehouse equipment to transport
materials throughout the facility - Maintain accurate inventory
levels and organize warehouse storage areas - Follow all CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), OSHA, and safety procedures
when handling chemicals and materials - Operate basic production
and machining equipment as needed - Inspect finished products and
report any quality issues, shortages, or discrepancies - Assist
with loading and unloading materials, staging production orders,
and maintaining a clean work area - Support general warehouse and
manufacturing duties as needed Qualifications - Previous experience
in chemical blending, batch making, manufacturing, or warehouse
operations preferred - Experience working with batch sheets,
formulas, and measuring raw materials is highly preferred -
Forklift experience required; certification is a plus - Ability to
lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks for
extended periods of time - Strong attention to detail and
commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy - Comfortable working
in a hands-on manufacturing environment where getting dirty is part
of the job - Reliable, flexible, efficient, and team-oriented -
Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes, packaging, and
shipping procedures is a plus - Experience following CGMP, OSHA, or
chemical handling standards preferred
