Job Description:

The IT System Support Specialist provides functional and process support of organization's systems and databases. This role will work with a dynamic team of professionals to provide IT support to Aspire partners and team members. As a vital member of the People team, the IT System Support Specialist will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining system support, communications, and People Team support functions.Position Responsibilities:System Support* Generate necessary queries and serve as the liaison to end users of CRM and Paycom in order to provide accurate and timely data reports and mailing lists.* Maintain data integrity of systems including Paycom and CRM to ensure data is accurate through data entry, audits and data validation.* Helps in the design and maintenance of software/database systems and procedures to ensure the validity of data across all software systems.* Assist with maximization of database utility for end users through system and process trainings.* Assist with performing database configuration and technical/functional customizations as an admin user across all database/software systems to enhance data tracking and reporting abilities.* Provide general database support of Therap, Blackbaud, and Relias as needed.Communications* Manage intranet communications through Aspire General SharePoint* Logging and tracking of IT issues* Assist with communication between Aspire's IT partner and team members* Maintain data integrity of Aspire's email accounts and distribution lists* Maintain Aspire Directory to ensure the addition of new hires, removal of terminated staff and updates to position titles, phone numbers and work locations.People Team Support Functions* Create and manage frontline team members on the job training tracking system.* Generate and edit out of the box calculations for team member benefit payments* Oversee the functionality of accrual management through validation of accrual profiles, training client users and end users on how to utilize functions and updating accrual rules upon change.* Create and manage personnel change forms through Paycom including management of form rules and providing functional support to client users.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.* At least two years previous experience and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and database management.* Paycom and Dynamics 365 experience preferred.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Self-directed, high energy and motivated with strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.Aspire's priority is keeping our team members and participants healthy and safe during the pandemic.
