Aggressive commission structure* Technical team is renowned for creating cutting edge AI and Machine learning technology proven to perform as promised and address mission critical enterprise needs.* This role is of critical importance to the company, i.e., this role is the first dedicated channel sales professional in the company and will be responsible for up to 30% of the company's 2021 net new business (identified through channel partners)* The leadership team have led other companies to significant growth favorable equity events for the stakeholders, including employees.A suitable channel sales professional for this role has the following attributes:* Start-up experience* Proven track record of success creating sizable net new Fortune 1000 accounts from expanding strategic channel partner relationships.* Experience scaling up channel relationships, including generating awareness of their solution offering's value deep and wide within partner sales organizations.* Experience ensuring the partner's sales team members have a sound understanding of how they will benefit from making an introduction to their customers along with how the enterprise itself will benefit.* Experienced in attending partner sales meetings, including the mapping of target accounts and creating the tools and resources required for joint sales and field marketing success. Candidates need to have experience building "brick by brick" sales success with partner sales organizations, including the creation of programs that result in partner sales teams seeing a direct correlation between recommending and achieving their compensation goals. * Success creating channel programs where the partner sales teams do not sense any additional work to identify and refer their customers. The process is easy and frictionless.* Experience creating a common understanding with partners of what a successful partner relationship looks like and establishing an agreed upon cadence for measuring success and identifying where change is required ... and to do it in a fashion where the partners' sales teams are enthusiastic to participate.
