Job Description:
The work we do at Pareto has the opportunity to change lives and
improve the health of our communities. If creating meaningful
impact through industry-leading innovations inspires you, then
Pareto may be the place for you. We provide value to our customers
by allowing them to focus on the greatest impact, while translating
those insights into action. Relentlessly Curious
& Market Driven We don't believe in the status quo. We are
explorers and problem solvers, fearlessly traveling into uncharted
territory, and always looking for ways to disrupt and innovate.
Accountable We are accountable to ourselves. To each other. To our
clients. And we own it. Inclusive We are different intentionally.
Our best work emerges from a diverse set of people and ideas. We
harness our differences and inspire everyone to bring something new
to the table. Impacting Our Community We believe we should leave
things better than how we found them. So, we play an active role in
our communities and make a positive impact. "I am surrounded by a
team that has the same passion and drive that I do to help our
company grow and produce innovative technology, analytics and
solutions for our clients. We work hard but still find time to have
fun and grow together as a team." Intentionally Different We do not
believe in maintaining the "status quo" at Pareto. We intentionally
embrace each other's diversity of thought and background which
drives our culture of curiosity. Our dedication to inclusion and
diversity starts in the workplace and extends into the community,
connecting us with those we serve. Celebrating Our Powerful Women
The women of Pareto gathered over catered lunch to celebrate
International Women's Day in 2020 and watched a video on stories
from inspiring women all over the world. Supporting Professional
Development Investing in our employees' professional development is
a critical element of our culture. Several members of our Data
Science team recently attended Data Science Salon to advance our
organization's expertise, as well as grow their individual
knowledge. Pareto Way Committees Pareto has established three
committees for employee involvement. They focus on community
impact, inclusion & diversity, and company culture. Members of
these committees meet on a regular basis to coordinate activities
that promote an inclusive, healthy, and collaborative workplace.
Open PTO policy We believe time away from the office is essential
to maximizing productivity, so we offer flexible work hours and an
open PTO policy. Community Giveback In lieu of our traditional
enterprise-wide Community Days, we're giving back in socially
distant ways by donating to charities that our employees feel
passionate about. Employee Health & Safety Our new office is open,
but we recognize that many employees feel safer working from home
during this time. Employees receive a one-time $100 stipend for
home office equipment. Life Subsidy Our employees receive a monthly
reimbursement for items such as gym memberships or cell phone
expenses. Tuition Reimbursement If employees choose to pursue
