Job Description:

--- Primary point of contact for field sales teams to execute direct mail campaigns

--- Following detailed task list to ensure all steps of campaign are accounted for

--- Captures all dealer requested details for each campaign

--- Ensures that all client requests are handled in a timely manner

--- Works with creative team on campaign development and sales team to target the local market --- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent experience in a client support capacity (account manager, account rep, account executive, account coordinator, etc.)

--- 1-5 yrs. customer service experience preferred

--- Good data entry skills

--- Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel) - must know basic Excel formulas (Combining Data, VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) Desired Skills --- Direct Mail/Print experience

--- Direct marketing and digital marketing
