Qualifications Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record 5+ years of professional experience in software development roles including strategic and/ortechnical product management Experience building B2B products from the ground up with an affinity for design-baseddevelopment Working knowledge of SaaS and cloud computing technical issues (e.g. deployment,configuration, integration, etc.); knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts andtechnologies preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative andefficient solutions Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment; ability toconsistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines Experience working with geographically dispersed teams Ability to present complex value propositions to senior client executives Clear oral and written communication skills Who You'll Work With You'll join our Chicago office as part of our ClienTech team. Our technology team, ClienTech, fosters innovation driven by analytics, design thinking and mobileby developing new products/services and integrating them into our client work. Our team supportsour practices through incubating their technology applications and building out a common platformto accelerate each solution with reusable core components across infrastructure, platform,services, and front-end technologies. You will work with in-house and external partner developmentteams to build products with strong user value, impressive usability and enterprise-grade qualitystandards. What You'll Do You will partner with practice leaders, software engineers and product design team members todeliver reusable software products and development platforms with high levels of value, usability,quality and predictability. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with subject matter experts and client-facingcolleagues to understand the value of planned products and assets. You will develop user personasand user journeys to create user empathy and understanding within the team. You will have a stronglevel of expertise with key agile engineering methodology and modern software development bestpractices. You will participate in and lead the activities required to build and maintain a product roadmap,define release cadence and functionality and collect user feedback. You will build understandingand appreciation for the practice of Product management amongst your team members and colleagues.You will guide asset and solution teams through the process of building and launching truly greatproducts. You'll identify and escalate product delivery barriers, dependencies or risks, ensuring the valueof the user stories and negotiating with stakeholders and engineers to deliver the most valuewithin tight timelines and budgets. You'll manage yourself day to day with regards to priorities,time, and commitments within your team setting and ensuring that product management standards andbest practices are exercised.
