We're hiring a Client Director for our Chicago Office. We need a
leader, strategic thinker, a skilled planner and an improviser who
knows that ambiguity and changing priorities are common.
Landor & Fitch build some of the world's most agile brands -

include strategy and positioning, identity and design, brand
architecture, prototyping, innovation, naming and verbal identity,
insights and analytics, environments and experiences, engagement
and activation, and interactive and media design.
Our Client Director is a part of leading our key client
relationships. Our directors are motivated by delivering client
satisfaction, working with clients to solve complex business issues
and always looking for opportunities help clients deliver on their
complete brand experience.
This person will work closely with our practice leads including
Strategy, Design, Verbal, Culture & Engagement, Implementation and
Insights & Analytics to provide the client with a holistic
relationship across the agency.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Client Director who is passionate, and
always looking for ways to exceed expectations. Someone who can
seamlessly lead across teams, agencies and clients. We want someone
who is able to independently lead client relationships and manage a
As a client director they will have the gravitas to lead
presentations, drive team contribution and effectively work on
proposals, scoping and planning. They will effectively manage
resources while also delivering against financial/budgeted work
plans. You can work with clients and senior management on all
levels from the CEO to administrative support. They need strong
communication, presentation and organizational skills. They are
passionate for design trends from branding identity and package
design, digital, to time-based media.
Given the nature of our current client roster, we are seeking
digitally-fluent candidates who have direct experience working
through complex B2B and corporate branding projects. Educated to
degree level (BA or MBA).
