Job Description:

IPS Client Success Leader is a driven leader who is able to lead a team of professionals to develop a best in class Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) and Transaction Management platform that serves our IPS/TM sales and client account management professionals to:

Ensure IPS clients have more rewarding experiences with our teams, solutions and technologies

Smoothly oversee new client transitions

Identify new business opportunities with existing IPS clients

Grow and support existing business to improve IPS account retention

Proactively organize and support master services agreement (MSA) renewal strategies

Assist in organization of Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews (ABR's and QBR's) with IPS clients

Proactively provide data and insights to IPS brokers to drive cross-selling growth

Enhance the overall sale and account management process to make winning, growing and retaining business easier/faster/smarter

Support IPS Sales with "solutioning" and "deal engineering" for new opportunities, to include staffing/gearing ratios, scopes of work, and pricing strategies/approaches

Create training and onboarding programs for new IPS brokers

IPS Client Success Leader team would collaborate with all service lines and products across Markets and CS to translate client/prospect business requirements into best in class action plans. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of leading high-performing teams, including virtual teams.

The IPS Client Success Leaderdemonstrates visible leadership by leveraging technologies, and actively identifying best-in-class sales and client account management solutions and driving consistency and innovation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

Ability to lead large, diverse teams, through influence and provide leadership and direction as it relates to integration across service lines.

Demonstrate the ability to create a solution-oriented environment whereby the team is consistently seeking to identify leading edge IPS/TM practices focused on delivering value to the client while working within the process requirements of the sales lead/ account lead and JLL.

Capable of creating trusted relationships IPS brokers, and throughout the IPS/TM Sales and Account environment to leverage sales and account management capabilities and expertise to enhance JLL's existing and future IPS/TM clients.

Responsible for end to end employee management including; hiring, onboarding, development, and mentoring of team members. Manage direct reports and provide oversight/influence over additional staff as needed to deploy process/program changes.

Take ownership of and communicate a clear vision that aligns with overall JLL objectives

Identify new JLL capabilities, including technology innovations, that delivers value to the client by socializing and aligning opportunities via the sales/account/broker lead and JLL/T business partners

Relationship Management / Client Service

Maintain strong working relationships with key Stakeholders.

Provides oversight and manages the relationship/alignment between various platform stakeholders and the delivery team.

Prepare content and participate in quarterly business reviews to increase cross-selling and client retention

Ensure team is using analytics to proactively identify opportunities for new services

Utilize data to increase cross selling to IPS clients

Make certain team fully supports IPS/TM initiatives and proactively identifies opportunities for improving processes and deliverables.

Maintain strong working relationships with IPS/TM leadership associated with sales and client account management.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree in Real Estate or Business required, Masters Degree preferred.

Ten years of documented, progressive experience in Real Estate with knowledge around process improvement and best practice implementation.

Extensive experience in a client-focused, results/metrics-driven organization

Experience in leading high-performing teams both in local offices and remote locations.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1 and group interactions/routines, PowerPoint presentations and email.

Well-versed in financial analytical work; good understanding of Proforma creation and management.

Strong people and process leadership

Strong relationship building and management skills
