Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Documenting, Planning and Designing Transfer Pricing Policies
  • Intangible Property Migration
  • Transfer Pricing Controversy and Audit Defense
  • Advanced Pricing Agreements
  • Working with our Praxity Alliance Firms to Deliver Services Globally
  • Actively Involved in Group Operational Management and Direction
  • Business Development and Client Relationship Management
  • Presentations on Technical Topics and Training

The qualifications.

  • 3+ years of transfer pricing experience including documentation, research, planning, valuation of intangibles, and development of review of complex valuation models
  • Bachelor's Degree required and one of the following would set you up for success in taking on these, and other types of Transfer Pricing projects preferred:
  • Master's (in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, International Business)
  • CPA, CFA designation, or Business Valuation Certification
  • Experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements
  • Strong project management, business writing, technology, and financial analytic skills
  • Client service mindset, committed to deadlines and supporting a team
  • Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Greater Chicago, Denver, Southfield, or Columbus area or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity
  • Some travel throughout the country, with approximately 5-10 percent overnight travel

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience

Starting monthly base pay is as follows:

$5,592.58 per month

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as athletic reimbursement, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
