Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work alongside a team of world-class developers and product managers to lead the future of our e-commerce software solution. You will collaborate with Product & Engineering to design and launch products that require the coordination of people, process and technology in order to be successful. You will have a direct impact on the experience of our merchants, partners, carriers, fulfillment center associates, and more.

You are comfortable switching between technical conversations with Engineering to discussing standard operating procedures with the operations team. You have a bias for simplicity, have a knack for connecting the dots and love going fast. You demonstrate a high attention to detail and thrive in an ever-changing, agile development environment. You will work with teams to help drive high performance, find efficiencies and rout out hidden roadblocks. This position will report to the SVP, Product Management.

What You'll Do:

  • Design programs aligned to company OKRs in coordination with technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders
  • Participate in all agile ceremonies and measure progress across all scrum teams
  • Anticipate risks, issues and dependencies and produce mitigation plans to keep programs on track
  • Continuously optimize things that are going well and seek opportunities to improve
  • Maintain reports and analytics and communicate frequently on the status of key milestones
  • Creatively manage scope, budget in order to accelerate learnings and iterate towards desired program outcomes
  • Manage cross-functional steering committee meetings to facilitate alignment and drive consensus
  • Establish credibility and rapport with all parts of the organization including operations, sales, marketing, partnerships and finance

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a program management or related technical role
  • Strong executive presence
  • An acute understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Technical acumen to facilitate the design and development of software solutions
  • The ability to manage the entire program life cycle for high-stakes initiatives
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ruthless prioritization to help juggle multiple tasks and programs simultaneously

Nice To Have:

  • Experience leading a team to do the best work of their careers
  • E-commerce experience
  • Technical degree
  • PMP or equality project management certification
  • CSM or equivalent scrum certification
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
