Department Overview

The Product Orderability group is responsible for product, software and services implementations in CRM, ERP and Product Lifecycle Management Systems. Group has global presence in all regions (North America, Europe and Asia). It is responsible for working with cross functional teams (Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Services) for end-to-end definition and implementation of product offers and configurations in CRM/ERP systems product orderability from Quoting to Fulfillment products and to provide better user experiences to our end customers, partners, resellers and Salesforce.

Product Orderability group is also investing in onboarding new tools and technologies to drive process automation, enable self-service for our stakeholders and reduce manual efforts to run our day to day operations. We look for the most advanced problem solvers and leaders in automation area - like you - to help automate our business processes using various automation concepts like AI, RPAs BOTs etc.

Job Description

This role is responsible for working with cross-functional business leaders to identify and prioritize project pipeline and resources for product implementations in CRM and ERP systems in an agile environment.

  • Leads a team of Business Analyst, Change Analyst and Software Developer.
  • Define and implements business process from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and deployment across all systems (Oracle CPQ, Oracle Commerce Cloud, R12 Configurator, EBS/ERP and Agile PLM)
  • Ensures that Product Compliance requirements are met for various regions/countries.
  • Leads Strategic and Transformation projects providing direction to cross functional team
  • Identifies opportunities for SKU Optimization and proactively works with business stakeholders to develop strategy for the same.
  • Identifies opportunities for process simplification and drives automation of business processes
  • Is responsible for hiring best talents and developing resources in future roles
  • Defines Vision for the future and build a plan for implementing it
  • Manages the intersection between business needs and technology (IT) to deliver the best experience for the users.
  • Communicates progress on projects and initiatives to various levels of the organization including timelines, progress reports, risk analysis and release notifications.

Additional Qualified Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of ERP and CRM systems. Experience with Oracle CPQ, EBS and Agile PLM is preferred.
  • Prior experience of driving SKU and Product Structure optimization is preferred. Experience in process optimization and automation using various technologies (home grown, RPA, AI)
  • Experience in managing Agile Development teams
  • Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience working with remote teams in a global environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizatonal skill; Project Management experience is preferred
  • Direct hands on experience with writing Epic/User Stories, backlog grooming and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements
  • Strong customer/end user orientation with a data driven decision making approach
  • Ability to translate metrics into business decisions of importance and priorities
  • Comfortable with change and uncertainty, working independently and communicating through various level of the organization.
  • Experience working in Telecommunications preferred

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in similar product operations or software development role
  • Bachelor's Degree majoring in a Science or Business Administration or related
