What You'll Do

This position is responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing candidates interested in opening a Mac Tools Franchise. It will involve executing advanced recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and building relationships with existing Mac Tools distributors and franchise owners. The Franchise Sales Recruiter will coach, assist, and drive the assigned Region and District Managers to develop stronger cross functional franchise sales teams. This position requires detailed use of digital sales tools and software. As a Franchise Sales Recruiter, you'll be part of our Franchise Development team located in Chicago, IL. You'll get to:

  • Manage all franchise lead activity using

  • Work with Mac Tools leadership to ensure that the franchise candidate selections are consistent with business objectives, growth, integrity, and retention.
  • Identify and plan recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory to close competitive gaps and improve market share.
  • Contact and manage all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities
  • Develop relationships with candidates to ensure high level of candidate experience and responsiveness
  • Contribute to candidate experience by developing and sharing recruiting "best practices" with Recruiting team
  • Network extensively in the marketplace in an effort to source candidates for open areas
  • Develop and manage candidate lead reporting metrics, reports, and pipelines
  • Travel within assigned region is required for this role

  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects at one time
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels.
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
