We are hiring for multiple positions in the User Experience team at the Lead and Principal levels. On this team you'll have the opportunity to work on many of our B2B and B2C product areas. You'll shape Salesforce's user experience working with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your visions to life. You'll make an impact while solving meaningful problems and creating new design patterns and paradigms.

As part of our team, you will take the lead in crafting and articulating the product vision through strong rationale, top notch visualization skills, thought leadership, and seasoned intuition, working closely with product and technology partners along the way. You will get your hands dirty in all aspects of end-to-end experience design including using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas and direction.

Experience Cloud

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer who is excited to provide their unique contributions across our Digital Experience and Marketing products. As a member of our curious, highly collaborative and motivated User Experience team, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your ideas to life. You will be involved at each level of the product development process - everything from Customer and User insights gathering, future-visioning, prototyping to implementation and testing. You'll have an opportunity to make an impact while solving meaningful problems and creating new design patterns and paradigms.

In response to the current crisis our team helped launch the work.com platform (incl. Contact Tracing) that is helping both public and private communities reopen. Design and User Research are core to guiding the accelerated rate of innovation across Public Sector, Health and Finance. We're looking for passionate, self-guided individuals who ask hard questions and can seamlessly switch between big picture thinking and your detailed craft. You will be part of the Industries Product Design Team working closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, other product teams and directly with our customers.

Platform/Work.com

As a Product Designer on the Salesforce Platform Experience team, you'll be leading the new expansion of Work.com products focusing on the best employee experiences. Your work will add to the ecosystem of employee experience products including the Employee Wellness, Workplace Command, Employee Workspace, Help Desk and ITSM offering. You'll imagine and extend the UX of enterprise and consumer experiences built utilizing all the power of the Salesforce Platform.

Sales Cloud

Sales Cloud, the #1 CRM platform is seeking an experienced and passionate product designer to lead our email integration and intelligence strategy. The successful candidate will help sales reps sell faster and smarter with intelligent, automated email capabilities.

Experience / Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices and you're always looking to improve on your process

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment

  • Designing or maintaining Mobile Design Systems

  • Power to influence others and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity

  • You can produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team

  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, able to balance great design while meeting short deadlines

  • Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product

  • A deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems

  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator

  • BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience

  • Mobile design systems experience:

  • Great Systems Thinker

  • Ability to step back and see the whole ecosystem and provide solutions that better the entire user flow not only the feature.

Responsibilities:

  • Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders

  • Function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers and user research to create a vision for your product area

  • Own various web and mobile application features, interfaces and experiences

  • Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide

  • Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow devs to build accurately

  • Work with devs and QE to deliver polished final product

  • Evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns

  • Mentor new members of design staff
