Purpose & Scope:

This role provides oversight to job evaluations across Astellas globally. It defines job evaluation policies, framework and tools in collaboration with the Reward Policy Director and with the support of third party job evaluation consultants. It manages and drives continuous improvements across all Astellas job evaluation activities to ensure the effective delivery of job evaluation globally, so that it is fair and equitable and aligned to Astellas global principles and policies.

Core Tasks, Responsibilities and Authority:

Key Accountabilities:

* Defines Global Job Evaluation policies and framework in collaboration with Reward Policy Director * Supports Reward leadership in managing Executive job evaluation processes * Supports GJET-E Secretariat in the delivery and execution of GJET-E processes. * Oversees Astellas job evaluation processes to ensure alignment to global principles and effective delivery. * Co-ordinates/delivers job evaluation annual audits. * Delivers job evaluation benchmarking matrix with support from wider team/consultant. * Develops job evaluation training to enhance HRBP capability. * Identifies and delivers job evaluation record keeping solution. * Manages third party relationships developing appropriate service level agreements and monitoring quality of service provided. * Manages business transformation/integration projects as assigned.
