Job DescriptionRoleThe Outbound Call Center Agent is responsible for providing excellent patient service and educating patients on our services, while ensuring monthly set goals are attained (via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It is important that the candidate has strong interpersonal skills and can relate to each individual patient with caring, empathy and understanding. This position serves patients by determining their requirements, educating patients and meeting needs to their satisfaction, while increasing opportunities to retain and grow our business. This is accomplished by setting dental appointments for our existing patients and adding new patients and their appointments. Strong outbound sales skills in overcoming objections and fitting the patient needs to the services we provide is critical for success in this role.Responsibilities

  • Schedules dental appointments for General, Orthodontic, Pediatric and Oral Surgery, supporting multi-site locations
  • Knowledgeable of dental offices' workflow and interaction with the Call Center
  • Answers general patient inquiries
  • Manages calls in a fast paced environment, while in a timely manner
  • Multitasks while conversing with patients and entering information into the system
  • Informs patients by explaining procedures, answering questions and confirming pricing
  • Understands the company's products and services and can speak to advantages and overcoming objections
  • Keeps records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Answers questions related to patient insurance and determines eligibility
  • Build relationships with Field Operations to ensure positive patient experiences
  • Confirms patient appointments via outbound calls, when needed
  • Grows our business by identifying and increasing scheduled appointments and enrolling new patients
  • Ensures a positive patient experience
  • Meets or exceeds all identified Key Performance Indicators, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency while being eligible for bonuses when achieving target or exceeding target goals
  • Performs other duties as assignedRequirements
    • Preferably Bilingual in Spanish, not a requirement however
    • Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role is preferred
    • Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
    • Experience in Outbound calling
    • Experience in meeting outbound calling sales quotas, while ensuring patients are pleased with the options provided*Strong verbal communication skills along with the ability to actively listen
      • Acts professionally and with integrity
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
