Must be at least 18 years of age by April 30th, 2022. 12-week Summer Internship * May 23rd - August 12th or June 20th - September 9th * What locations to expect: Locations of individual opportunities are determined by the business and therefore to be interested in on our opportunities you must be open to relocation for the duration of the 12-week internship. All 2022 interns will be assigned to an office location. Relocation is provided to any candidate who is located more than 50 miles outside of the assigned office location. * Bellevue, Washington * Frisco, Texas * Denver, Colorado * Atlanta, Georgia * Overland Park, Kansas * Reston, Virginia * Parsippany, New Jersey * Chicago, Illinois * New York, New York * Allentown, Pennsylvania * District of Columbia At least 18 years of age by April 30th, 2022Legally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be actively enrolled in University/College course credits. GAP year students are ineligible. External applicants eligible only. Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for UofMagenta Internships. T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. * Proven experience to develop and implement viable solutions * Proven leadership skills * Good written and communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills * Ability to act as an owner, provide options, drive consensus, and make decisions * Problem-solving skills * Issue and risk management skills * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills * Friendly and approachable * Proficient in MS Office - specifically Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio * The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $19.00 - $40.00 per hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. This role is ultimately responsible for all planning and preparation for any change that impacts the customer and seller. They own the front line readiness of all projects and initiatives and work cross functionally with senior level business owners to ensure alignment on design exists prior and during requirements, readiness plans are in place pre-launch, flawless execution takes place during launch, and all post launch issues are resolved. This role drives and owns the execution planning for every customer facing initiative and are responsible for resolving a broad range of customer impacting issues which occur outside of formal projects. This role may fall within our Customer Experience, Consumer Group, T-Mobile for Business, Marketing, or Brand Communication channels. * Has ownership of the requirements on behalf of all customer facing channels for all project activities including; concept, assessment, requirements drafting, design, development, communication, and implementation. * Develops and owns the comprehensive execution plans for business initiatives that impact the front line. * Presents executive summaries to Senior level leaders within the corporate environment while also summarizing and presenting out the tactical details to the sales field and sales leaders. * Ensures seamless implementation of new products & services and applies the Sales Operations Services guiding principles and standards to define desired interactions and standards of behavior * Documents lessons learned and ability to apply to subsequent projects Equal Employment Opportunity We take equal opportunity seriously-by choice.
