LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company, located in Denver, CO. Our client is looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist, German Fluency to join their growing team who will be an integral part of superior client engagement with some of the largest consumer brands in the world.

The Remote Customer Support Specialist, German Fluency will be responsible for delivering white glove service to existing clients, while maintaining and growing those relationships. This role also offers high visibility to leadership and career trajectory. The ideal candidate will be passionate and value collaboration, service, and technology.

Remote Customer Support Specialist, German Fluency Responsibilities

  • Build and manage projects to meet client requirements
  • Support clients/customers to help them make the best use of the platform
  • Serve as point of contact for client/customers for any questions, issues, or additional services
  • Create custom reports and deliver to clients/customers
    Remote Customer Support Specialist, German Fluency Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1-3 years of experience in client services, customer success, or related areas within the SaaS or financial services
    • Fluency in the German language, both reading and writing
    • Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong project management skills
    • Familiarity JIRA or Confluence is a plus
