Successful applicants for this position must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and be fully vaccinated, or have a qualifying exemption pursuant to Arcadis's interactive process. -Proof of vaccination is required. - Role description: In this role, you will provide contract administration program controls support for the Owners' Representative joint venture team. - - - - Role accountabilities:

  • Prepare project budgets for JV and sub-consultants
  • Track and analyze actuals
  • Prepare monthly cash flows and hourly usage against budget reports
  • Set up a system of tracking current budget, budget adjustments and contract modifications;
  • Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and support the preparation of the monthly JV invoice
  • Track project direct cost budget and prepare direct cost expenditure request for approval by client
  • Identify and recommend improvements to the tracking of work and financial information.
  • Work closely with Project Manager and Resident engineers to develop manpower forecast and Overtime forecast based on contractor's five-week schedule.
  • Prepare weekly usage labor usage reports for submission to the client
  • Track Design-Build Contractor's certificates of insurance status and provide expiration notices
  • Track JV's DBE usage for compliance with contractual DBE commitment. Qualifications & Experience:
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience with budgeting and analysis
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or in a related discipline; or, equivalent relevant experience Preferred Qualifications:
      • MBA or comparable advanced degree
      • Construction experience
