Job Descriptionsmartdept. inc. is hiring an Account Executive for a Chicago marketing agency. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This role will be on-site in Chicago. What You'll Do:

Help to manage existing and new clients
Drive high-quality results for all clients
Help with client questions regarding planning, timing, media targets, agency services and capabilities.
Develop effective sales proposals, and solicit customer feedback
Act as the liaison between clients and account executives
Negotiate contracts and close agreementsWhat You'll Need:
- Ability to multi-task
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- At least 5 years of solid agency experience (consumer goods is a plus!)
- Not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump right in!
- Have a background in PR, agency, or integrative marketing
