- Referral ProgramPosition Purpose:This is a key position within
Customer Success, assisting Customer Success Advocates to resolve
Customer issues, including any issues with products, invoicing,
shipments, order placement/replacement, pricing, and returns. Our
Customers engage Labelmaster using various channels, including
voice, email, web chat, phone, purchasing portals (Ariba, Coupa,
and others), post, and fax. In the spirit of Continuous
Improvement, the Team Lead coaches and guides Advocates when needed
on improving processes, use of tools, and access to internal SMEs.
The Lead is responsible for successful and timely onboarding of
Advocates.Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Customer Service/Customer Success experience
- 5+ Years experience using Microsoft Office
- Microsoft NAV and CRM a plus
- Thrives in a dynamic environment (can be flexible / handle
ambiguity)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Results oriented with a "can do" attitude
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at
once
- Highly collaborative but able to work independently
- Inquisitive and committed to challenging the status-quo in a
constructive manner
- Passionate about Customer SuccessKey Roles and

- Assist with training and development of new team members
- Monitor and evaluate group and individual performance
- Work across departments to solve complex customer issues
- Efficiently manage and communicate Open Order and SLA
