Come grow with us!Job Description:Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator role provides administrative and operations support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This is an opportunity to work with both recruiters and firm partners to gain an understanding of their staffing needs and bring candidates through the recruiting process. This multi-faceted position also performs routine administrative tasks and may manage small to medium complexity projects in support of recruiting processes.This is a remote opportunity and would ideally be in Mountain or Pacific time zones.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Recruiters in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle. Create and maintain a great candidate experienced through the following processes:
    • Schedule and communicate interview details to applicant(s) and Crowe personnel for both virtual and office interviews.
    • Prepare and send offer letters.
    • Process and review Background Checks.
    • Maintain data integrity within Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to accurately reflect current status and updated with the most current information.
    • Maintain shared recruiting email mailbox.
    • Follows company polices and guidelines for hiring.
    • Seek opportunities to enhance both candidate experienced and workflow efficiency
    • Take ownership on other projects as required to support TA Team initiatives
    • Provide back-up support to other coordinators.Qualifications:
      • 2-3 years previous administrative and/or HR administrative experience strongly preferred
      • Bachelor's Degree preferred
      • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus)
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Excellent multi-task management and time management skills
      • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while meeting tight deadlines
      • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
      • Strong attention to detail and organization
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Good documentation skills
      • High degree of professionalism and integrity
      • Proficient with MS Office, MS Outlook, and SharePoint#IndeedOur Benefits:
