Our Open Opportunity
The Front Desk Supervisor is an essential member of the Rooms
division team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality
and service to our guests.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of
attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to
multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable
with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as
need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work
early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* One-year luxury hotel experience.
* Strong supervisory skills including decision making,
communication, deductive reasoning and problem solving.
* Exceptional communication skills and command of English
language.
* Additional language preferred but not required.
* Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or related
field.
* Strong Customer Service, Multi-tasking, and Communication
Skills.
* Knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
* Responsive to constructive feedback from hotel leadership.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
