National Audio/Video Investment Supervisor The National Audio/Video Supervisor will lead the national audio/video investments in C-K's integrated agency model. This includes overseeing processes and successful execution of national broadcast media for all clients as well as collaborating with the Media Planning team in the creation of innovative marketing solutions that build clients' brands.

About the role:

  • Execute effective, on-target media strategies and demonstrate an understanding of the client's business issues beyond media and advertising
  • Adhere to the client's media objectives and strategies by the client's overall marketing and advertising objectives and business goals
  • Participate in new ideas as it is related to the client's business and agency processes and procedures and help in developing insights that drive the business
  • -Assist in driving clients' business objectives, listen to client needs to produce the best possible product for the client
  • Autonomously negotiate, order, and maintain media buys for National Broadcast clients
  • Monitor and stewards the media buy on a timely basis to ensure ratings delivery of media schedules
  • Reconcile and bill upon completion of buys
  • Stay up to date on the marketplace, trends, vendor capabilities, and newly available research tools
  • Engage and persuade on recommendations to internal teams and clients

    About you:
    • Minimum experience of 3 years in media buying for traditional and digital audio/video
    • Proficiency with broadcast buying tools (e.g., Mediaocean, Prisma, Strata) and all media tools such as Nielsen, SRDS, and NetCost
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with vendors and collaborate with internal partners
    • Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts
