In your Senior Leader - Consumer Data & Business Delivery Analytics role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. -This role leads building and scaling of consumer data and business delivery analytics executive reporting, capabilities, and standards for the Insights & Analytics (I&A) function within Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA). This role is primarily accountable for developing and driving the KCNA I&A agenda to advance business delivery reporting, capabilities, and high-quality standards, all with the goal of enabling more timely and better business decisions due to a more holistic view of consumers and business performance.Key Stakeholders:

  • KCNA This role is in service to KCNA business goals and therefore requires strong partnership with functions across the KCNA business from business-facing I&A team members to general managers. In successfully creating reporting and capabilities, this position fosters strong relationships with Shopper Insights, Digital Commerce and Consumer Engagement teams to assure capabilities and standards are being built in an omnichannel way with holistic understanding of consumers across channels and brands.
  • Global Capabilities This position is also a critical partner and influencer to the capability's agenda for the broader global K-C organization. - To accomplish this, the role cultivates strong partnerships with our Global Business team, the Global Digital Center of Excellence, Digital Technology Services, Media & Creative, and Research/Analytic Vendors.
  • Global I&A Community This role is also a partner to the global I&A community, collaborating with global counterparts to consolidate learning needs, provide input, resources, and local guidance to cross-KCNA and globally executed pilots and task forces. - This role helps build talent across the community by sharing key projects and best practices.In this role you will report to the Sr. Director, KCNA Insights & Analytics.Responsibilities:
    • Builds an assertive, proactive, results-oriented team that is passionate about winning through teamwork. Identifies and hires top-tier talent; maximizes team member effectiveness by providing ongoing coaching and feedback; creates opportunities for growth and development. -
    • Business Reporting / Consumption. Lead and deploy creation of analyses and standard reports to enhance consumption reporting and other business delivery reporting.
    • Business Drivers. Improve business' understanding of drivers, headwinds and tailwinds impacting business performance, develop standard analyses and reports across business units.
    • Volume Projects / Optimizations. Ensure standard approach to volume projections and media optimizations across business units incorporating marketing mix modeling (and other tools as available).
    • Executive Reporting Lead. Develop and lead team in reporting on ad hoc business questions from senior leadership.
    • MMM Subject Matter Expert. Lead Marketing Mix Model practice, partnering closely with vendor to address methodology changes and best practices.
    • MMM Data Collection. Oversee Marketing Mix Model data collection, continue to improve streamlining and accuracy efforts.
    • Category Forecasts. Drive development, deployment, and accuracy of category forecasts in partnership with business-facing I&A team and General Managers; Drive step-change improvement to current process and manage relationship with internal technology teams (or other vendor partners).
    • Retail Media. Partner with customer teams and shopper marketing to develop more meaningful data partnerships with retailers and to incorporate retail media more fully into measurement framework
    • All Outlet Lead. All Outlet data management and reporting efforts, produce standard KCNA reports across business units.
    • Data Management. Develop and lead I&A perspectives across array of current and emerging data sources from household consumer panels to retailer panels and represent I&A in data-focused corporate initiatives.
    • Consumer Data Reporting. Develop best in class standards for I&A to use and deploy consumer data (e.g., household panel reports, etc.).
    • Standards & Best Practices Create agenda for standard and best practice development; Build and collaborate with research, analytics, and vendor leaders to develop, document, and deploy; develop feedback system for improvement. -Assure that consumer data and business delivery analytics best practices are scaled and consistently utilized across KCNA (KCNA Way).About You:You're driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. - You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in Marketing Research including in-depth experience in marketing measurement, syndicated and internal data analyses and consumer data analytics.
      • History of capability building within marketing analytics and consumer data analytics.
      • Business Acumen. Deeply understand business goals, market dynamics and future state, resulting in the translation of consumer learning into meaningful actions that drive decisions and competitive advantage; Objective and fact-based.
      • Stakeholder Management. Build and nurture trust-based relationships within own team, stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and agencies that drive continuous and sustainable alignment across projects, teams, and functions.

      • Technical Expertise. Demonstrate mastery in understanding and applying current and emerging consumer research, marketing analytics and cultural foresight methods.
