In your Senior Leader - Audience & Strategy Measurement role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. -This role leads building and scaling of audience analytics capabilities and standards for the Insights & Analytics function within Kimberly-Clark North America. -This role is primarily accountable for developing and driving the KCNA I&A agenda to advance capabilities and high-quality standards in the spaces of audience strategy, analytics, and media measurement, all with the goal of communicating to the market with a 1:1 consumer feel, balanced with long term business performance.---Key Stakeholders:

  • KCNA This role is in service to KCNA business goals and therefore requires strong partnership with functions across the KCNA business from business-facing I&A team members to brand teams. In successfully creating capabilities, this position fosters strong relationships with Shopper Insights, Digital Commerce and Consumer Engagement teams to assure capabilities and standards are being built in an omnichannel way with holistic understanding of consumers across channels and brands.
  • Global Capabilities This position is also a critical partner and influencer to the capability's agenda for the broader global K-C organization. - To accomplish this, the role cultivates strong partnerships with our Global Business team, the Global Digital Center of Excellence, Digital Technology Services, Media & Creative, and Research/Analytic Vendors.
  • Global I&A Community This role is also a partner to the global I&A community, collaborating with global counterparts to consolidate learning needs, provide input, resources, and local guidance to cross-KCNA and globally executed pilots and task forces. - This role helps build talent across the community by sharing key projects and best practices.In this role you will report to the Sr. Director of KCNA Insights & Analytics.Responsibilities:
    • Audience Strategy & Analytics Capabilities Agenda Drive KCNA consumer audience strategy and analytics development agendas; Lead or collaborate with other analytics leaders to build and adapt transformational capabilities and best practices to help the organization better anticipate changes in the environment, connect to deeper understanding, develop breakthrough ideas, and translate marketplace and consumer behavior dynamics into actions.
    • Audience Strategy Best Practices Lead/define audience best practices inclusive of evaluation of data sources & signals to be used for audience creation and media activation.
    • Media Budget Approach Standardize media budget recommendations (total advertising and at audience/journey stage level) in partnership with media agency & measurement partners.
    • Audience Resource for Business-Facing Team Consult with I&A/brands on end-to-end audience execution.
    • Audience Strategy Partner with internal technology and media teams to standardize at what granularity KCNA should be targeting, what delivers on our consumer strategy as well as our growth targets, evaluate as necessary.
    • Audience Execution Partner with internal technology and media teams to standardize a process for prioritization of audiences and budget allocation across audiences.
    • Audience Measurement Standardize tools/metrics utilized to scorecard audience performance and make meaningful optimizations monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
    • New Audience Measurement Identification Identify and evaluate new media measurement vendors/ methodologies to be used to understand executional performance.
    • Retail Media Audiences Partner with customer teams and shopper marketing to standardize approach of incorporating retailer-specific audiences into strategy and process.
    • First Party Audience Strategy Develop best practices for integration of first party data into Audience Strategy and first party utilization for in-house measurement.
    • First Party Acquisition Evaluate first party data on an ongoing basis to inform acquisition strategy in partnership with brand teams (standardize a scorecard and facilitate use of scorecard for I&A application).
    • Technology Solutions Consult with internal technology team on solutions/processes to be used for future state audience creation and journey management/measurement (e.g., future of orchestration measurement).
    • Global Pilots Partner on global pilots to provide KCUS feedback; identify and inspire the brand and business unit subject matter experts to engage in pilots.
    • Taxonomy Provide input into KCNA Media taxonomy standardization to ensure proper data collection to be used for digital media analytics; partner with internal technology team in employing methods to validate taxonomy.About You:You're driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. - You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.       • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years' experience in Marketing Research including in-depth experience in marketing measurement, syndicated and internal data analyses and consumer data analytics.
      • History of capability building within marketing analytics and consumer data analytics.
      • Business Acumen. Deeply understand business goals, market dynamics and future state, resulting in the translation of consumer learning into meaningful actions that drive decisions and competitive advantage; Objective and fact-based.
      • Stakeholder Management. Build and nurture trust-based relationships within own team, stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and agencies that drive continuous and sustainable alignment across projects, teams, and functions.

      • Technical Expertise. Demonstrate mastery in understanding and applying current and emerging consumer research, marketing analytics and cultural foresight methods.
