Job Description:

We are a service provider of customized full-cycle software development, through offshore outsourcing, as well as extremely technical hardware/device development specialists.

Our business is growing rapidly and we need a skilled Account Executive, capable of running the full sales cycle, to acquire and manage new client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales of outsourced software, and hardware, development services (offshore is a PLUS). In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting to, developing relationships with, and closing clients on sales. We will rely on you to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan. This is a fully remote position, with some travel involved.

*Responsibilities*:
* Cold call prospect and execute effective sales processes to establish relationships, uncover software development needs, and close new business.
* Identify decsion makers, and other influencers, within organizations and schedule sales meetings
* Drive positive engagement through industry events and networking
* Identify opportunities for new business and implement expansion
* Being well versed on all company products and services, competitive intelligence and industry information
* Maintaining accurate records for prospects and customer orders
* Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Create, maintain, and process a healthy sales pipleline
*Qualifications*:

* 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience
* Able to meet with clients virtually, or in person if needed
* Proven track record of success in this industry - *REQUIRED*

* Motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts clearly

*Benefits*:
* $100k Base w/uncapped commissions (Yr 1 OTE = $200k+)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
