Job Description:

Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations the Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the operations leadership team. - The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization. - The Project Coordinator will have a strong attention to detail and will provide essential assistance to operations team by performing tasks such as calendar management, event planning, coordinating meetings and all other necessary responsibilities. - Providing key support in preparation for all operations related to new practice builds, acquisitions, project timelines, orientations and trainings, ensuring support across the operations nationwide team, preparing final minutes of approval by the operations team. - Maintaining complex calendars, preparing briefing materials for meetings as appropriate and ensures appropriate attendance and follow up action planning. Review key metrics of performance of the team and flags areas needing immediate review.   • Handle projects and assignments requiring independent judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of operation's needs, ongoing activities, and priorities -
  • Demonstrate an exceptional commitment to accuracy, detail, and follow-up, along with an ability to work under high priority situations when necessary -
  • Interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, including management, providers and new employees -
  • Provide clerical, organizational and technical support - -
  • Arrange meetings and training, schedules appointments and perform other duties related to maintaining operations teams needs - -
  • Assist with operations projects and forward/follow-up with respective personnel accordingly -
  • Prepare documents for operations team members - -
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy, using good judgment, discretion, and professionalism -
  • Compile, manage and maintain spreadsheets, graphs, reports based on data collected -
  • Remain flexible in work schedule to provide the most effective and efficient support for the operations team -Ideal Candidate Profile: -

      • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills essential -

      • Ability to work with minimal supervision, be resourceful and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills -
      • Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work early, late or weekend hours -
      • Ability to travel 25% of the time -Education and Experience Requirements: -
        • BA/BS degree required at minimum. -
        • Prior experience supporting senior level member or team -
