(SDR) Sales Development Representative - CHICAGO, IL

An (SDR) Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting new business, facilitating the quoting process, and the onboarding of new accounts.

Using tools such as Hoovers, ZoomInfo, and Google to forage and research for leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Engage them to set up a Qualifying Conversation (QC) appointment with a senior member of our Customer sales department
Create, manage, and constantly improve email marketing efforts
Be a subject matter expert on Circle's Value prop and overall service solutions
Engage potential new clients to explore new areas, opportunities & pain points.
Effectively partner and collaborate with sales teams
Consistently 100 emails per day, and complete 30-50+ sales calls per day

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research
'Hunter' mentality in seeking out new business
Ability to connect and build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, and distributed sales teams
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills (Email, Phone & In-Person)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, multitask & meet deadlines
Extraordinary attention to detail and teamwork skills
Strong sense of urgency for goals and objectives.
Acts without being told what to do, and brings new ideas to the company.

Education and Experience:
Associate (AA)/(AS) or Bachelors (BA) degree is a bonus
High School or GED Equivalent
Sales experience preferred - but not required


Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
