Licensed Therapist ACT (Assertive Community Treatment)POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR HIRING BONUSDue to eligible grant funds, this position offers a $2000 hiring bonus. The bonus will be paid to the hired candidate half after 30 days ($1,000) and half upon the successful completion of 6 months of work ($1,000). Employees must be in good standing to be eligible for hiring bonuses.Starting salary: $60,000 plus increases for license and experience ($65,000 minimum for current Illinois LCPC/LCSW)You are key to our vision: Together We Thrive. Join our team to grow in your career while building stronger, healthier communities.Job LocationOffice location: Elk Grove Village, ILCommunities served: Mainly Northwest suburbs, approx. 15-mile radius from Elk Grove Village.Job Scope: This position acts as the licensed clinician working on an ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) team in the Northwest Suburbs. Provide assessment and treatment planning utilizing IM+CANS tool. Support ACT team members to provide a range of individualized treatment services to individuals with serious mental illness.Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required. Accommodation for medical and religious exemption will be considered.
