Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Share this Job Zurich Services LLC (a division of Zurich North America) is currently hiring a HRIS Systems Specialist, and this person can work in our Schaumburg North America HQ OR remotely for the right person. This person will report to the SAP HR IT Director. Responsibilities:

• Enabling processes and technology in the HR landscape
• Supports HR teams from a technology perspective and partner with Centers of Excellence for HR teams - payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, training and development, talent management
• Partner with offshore technical teams and outsourced partners
• Interact and partner with various HR teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate to technical requirements, and gather requirements from HR teams Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications area OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications area AND
  • Experience assisting with design, coding benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs
  • Experience working with multiple phases of software systems programming applications Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with SAP HR, SAP HR/Payroll modules
    • SuccessFactors Employee Central or other SuccessFactors modules
    • Knowledge of Blue Prism and UI Path automation tools
    • Experience with MS Power Apps
    • Background with HR processes and HR departments, knowledge of HR processes
    • Background with comprehending business requirements, translating requirements to technical documents, and experience with requirements gathering
    • Insurance Industry experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people
