POSITION DESCRIPTION & SCOPE The Customer Food Experience Coordinator acts as the center to coordinate the enablement and delivery of successful Plant Plus Foods' product experiences in the fulfillment and delivery of sampling execution - physically and virtually - with our existing and new customers. He/She will work closely with Marketing and Culinary team members to coordinate planning, operationalization, and delivery of great brand and food experiences, supported by marketing activation, sales enablement stimuli, customer communication efforts, as well as execution of trade shows and events. This new team member will lead coordination and great execution in support of Plant Plus Foods' customer experiences as a key area of enablement to business conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate the planning, organizing and execution of ongoing fulfillment of samples from and across all manufacturing sites in North America (USA & Canada), including both finished product samples as well as R&D bench protocept samples.- Integrate customer experience activities, calendar / timelines and logistics coordination to deliver on shipping and storing of product samples and preparation of great food experience kits to support customer engagements across channels - under the supervision of Plant Plus Foods' Culinary Chef.- Coordinate and manage the creation and development of key supporting product information cards / overviews, preparation method guidance, product build information, as well as development of stickers and other materials in support of customer sampling experiences - virtually and physically.- Create and establish an ongoing log of key customer sampling items, as well as dates including recent historical information and also customer feedback driving potential adjustments, product customization opportunities along the customer experience journey - from first engagement and food experience to sales commitment. Update and maintain all inputs in the commercial project management tool utilized by the team for record keeping, knowledge management and sharing.- Trade Show Management and Support to Culinary Chef: organize details for industry trade shows and table top events, including all paperwork for product sampling planning and execution, communicating with organizer and providing coordination and internal teams and potentially with external agency staff- Sales Team Liaising: facilitates selling material requests including merchandising tools and sell sheets to support customer experiences along the selling journey - from Stage 1 to Stage 5 pipeline fill. - Marketing Team Liaising: facilitates the day-to-day activities around customer sampling and project management inputs, along with - Support Product Information Management and Information System to customers by managing and updating product portfolio information in collaboration with Commercial & Regulatory teams. Includes:o Establishment and management of product information system/tool [PIM]o Organization and entry of product assets - images, copy, NFP, ingredients, etc.o Connectivity to Data syndication tool to push out to customer systems.This role will require exceptional organization and communication skills as well as executional excellence. The ideal Customer Food Experience Coordinator is a highly organized planner who is able to keep big-picture goals in mind while focusing on executing key areas of responsibility with great scope and time planning and solid approach to project management. EXPERIENCE: - 3-5 year Culinary and/or R&D Experience with focus in savory foods. - Proficiency in the development of the following to support customer sampling opportunities and events: holistic food experience curation, recipe ideas, supporting product preparation methods and specifications, operations and logistics relating to sample shipments. - Exposure to marketing support attributions associated with customer and consumer centric food experience and presentation. - University or College degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts (Marketing training/experience nice to have).
